SHIPPING:

Considered design is our core pillar. With our environmental footprint and earths precious resources in mind we provide limited capsules in slow releases and offer selected styles made-to-order. We allow 2-3 weeks from day of order to day of shipment with all made-to-order purchases.

All Australian orders are shipped via Express Post for a flat rate of $10. International orders are shipped via International Express for a flat rate of $20.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES:

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with the merchandise you received for any reason, simply return it to us and we will happily provide an exchange of size or credit under the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be received within 14 days of dispatch for Australian and New Zealand customers and 21 days for other countries.

  • Merchandise must be in perfect condition with all tags attached.

  • Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.

  • You must contact us before returning the item.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

If you would like to return your order please email info@inneslauren.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. We will then provide you with the Returns information.

FOR RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

14 days that the merchandise is deemed to have been delivered to you.

FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

The item must be received by INNES LAUREN within 14 calendar days from the date that it was delivered to you.

Please use a traceable service because you will be liable for loss or damage not INNES LAUREN.

DO YOU COVER THE COST OF RETURNS?

Items are to be sent back to INNES LAUREN at the cost of the customer.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Please allow up to 3 working days upon us receiving your parcel to process your return. We recommend you send your item back using a traceable service so you know when we’ve received it. You can always contact us to double check.

Unfortunately INNES LAUREN cannot be held responsible for parcels without tracking that have not been received back. INNES LAUREN strongly recommends you return your item by registered mail such as Express Post or a registered courier (such as Fedex, UPS, DHL or TNT), so your package can be tracked. INNES LAUREN will not take responsibility for any undelivered merchandise.

REFUND

Innes Lauren offers refunds if your item is faulty or damaged. Please email info@inneslauren.com with your reason for requesting a refund.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY REFUND TO CLEAR?

Please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive the package to process your refund. From there, the funds can take between 24-72 hours to clear.
